Shipping Terms

1. Order Dispatch: All our orders are dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
2. Standard Delivery: The estimated standard delivery time is 2-5 working days; however, 90% of all orders are delivered within this time. In the unlikely event that our couriers fail to deliver within the estimated period, Diyfixups cannot be held responsible for delays on their part. If your order has not reached you within the expected period, please call us so we can investigate on your behalf.
