Return Policy
- Eligibility for Return: Returns on any items purchased from Diyfixups will be accepted with a full refund, subject to the following conditions:
- Returns must be completed within 30 days of delivery.
- The item(s) must be unopened and in pristine condition as on arrival.
- Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning items. We are unable to refund any postage costs, except in the case of a faulty product.
- Damaged or Faulty Items: To be entitled to a refund for any damaged or faulty items, we must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt. Photographs of any damage must be sent to our office email found in the Contact Details box on this page. There is a limited timeframe on delivery insurance.
- Special Order Products: Special order products or items cut to specification can be returned in the event of any damage; in any other case, they will not be accepted for return.
- Change of Mind or Incorrect Orders: If the customer has changed their mind or ordered the wrong item, all postage and carriage costs will be the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded in the event of the return of the goods.
