Shipping Terms
- Delivery is available to most mainland UK addresses. However, we are unable to deliver to all UK addresses. Please note: we currently do not offer delivery to the Channel Islands, PO Box, BFPO addresses and the Republic of Ireland. Please contact us for more information.
- All quoted delivery dates and times are estimates, and although we will try our best to meet them, we will not be responsible if we are unable to do so. We strongly recommend that you do not book fitters or trades persons until your order has been delivered and checked by you. We cannot be held responsible for any third-party costs or charges which you incur due to non-delivery of an order, or orders that have not been checked on delivery.
- Order Dispatch: All our orders are dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment, usually same day if order placed before 14.00, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
