We offer a 30-day returns or exchange policy on our pointing tools. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days.
While we don't provide direct training, we do have some instructional resources available. For example, we have videos demonstrating dust-free brick raking and the use of the Quikpoint Electric Repointing gun. These can be helpful in understanding how to use the tools effectively.
